Shipping and Handling |
The carriage costs shown on the website are for UK Mainland destinations only.
If you require a cost for shipping to an International or UK offshore address, please contact us for a shipping quote. Depending on quantity and size items will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded or Courier. Carriage costs vary according to the items purchased. In stock items will usually reach you within 7 working days. If an item is not in stock we will contact you with an anticipated delivery date for the back order.
SIGNING FOR GOODS VIA COURIER - Goods delivered via courier must be signed for.
YOU MUST ensure that the goods are in good condition BEFORE you sign for them. If the box is damaged please sign for the goods as damaged in BIG letters on the couriers sign sheet. Then contact us within 24 hours IF anything is damaged. If it blatantly obvious that the goods are damaged and unusable REFUSE the delivery and contact us.
SIGNING FOR GOODS ROYAL MAIL - Please open the package as soon as it's signed for and examine the goods.
Contact us if theres any problems within 24 hours.
Damaged goods royal mail are insured up to £30.00 and we will send replacements and make the claim ourselves.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Shipping will be done by courier on orders of more than £50 or 1kg.
Insurance MUST be paid by YOU on ALL international orders. Small light low value items will be sent Recorded Airmail. |

Back Orders & Special Order Items |
Back Orders when an item is out of of stock and is going to be longer than 7 days it's considered a back order.
You will be advised of how long it will take and you decide wether you want to proceed with that order/item.
Special Order Items are usually items that we have to order in from another country.
Special Order Items once ordered and paid for cannot be cancelled. You will be advised when an item is 'Special Order Only' at time of order processing by phone so remember to include a Daytime contact number. All special orders are to be paid in full at time of ordering.

Returns |
* All returns of goods must adhere/agree to the following
* Goods MUST be in original packaging
* Goods MUST be in resaleable as new condition
* Concept are not responsible for labour and or shipping/postal costs incurred on any warranty claim.
* Limited to replacement only.
* Liability and all other costs are to be met by the claimer. All Returns For Credits must be accompanied by a covering letter stating reason for return and original purchase invoice number before credit can be considered.
* No return of goods after 30 days from date of receipt of goods.
* ALL returns will have a 15% restocking fee applied unless agreed prior to return.(Not applied to warranties)
* No return on specially manufactured, modified or procured/bought in goods. eg SPECIAL ORDERS (You will have been advised at time of ordering if this applies.
* Goods that arrive back with Us for whatever reason without authorisation (INCLUDING Failed Deliveries that arrive back with us )will either:-
1. If less than 7 Days then refund in full (Excl Carriage Charge)
2. If more than 7 but less than 30 days After checking with you first (See below for non contact) Be refunded 85% of purchase price (excl carriage) ie restocking fee of 15%.
2. If more than 30 days then you will be contacted and asked for a time you are going to be in to have the goods redelivered AND you will be billed the carriage charge again.
3. Finally if we cannot contact you by any reasonably means, eg email, phone, post, or fax within 6 months of Us receiving back the goods then we assume you do not want them and we will dispose of the goods as we see fit with NO REFUND EITHER This also applies to surcharge money held until you return the item(s) ie If you don't return within 3 months then NO REFUND. The responsibility is yours to return the item you will not be reminded by us.
13 weeks should be quite sufficient to return surcharge items. |

Surcharges & Returning Old Units |
Brake Calipers, Starter Motors & Alternators ALL carry a surcharge.
This Surcharge is applied at checkout.
It is YOUR responsibility to return the old unit to us. We are not liable for return postage/carriage.
We Refund via Paypal. (We are NOT liable for Paypal fees if you wish it to be paid that way)
If you don't return within 3 months then NO REFUND. The responsibility is yours to return the item you will not be reminded by us. |
